Godkännande av användarvillkor som kandidat till Talentor 

Mitt uttryckliga medgivande till behandling av mina personuppgifter av Talentor i syfte att utöva karriärrådgivning och personalplacering (Art 6, punkt 1a, Art 9, par. 2 a GDPR)


I egenskap av kandidat eller kandidat till anställning, samtycker jag uttryckligen till Talentor Sweden, Repslagargatan 15B, 118 46 Stockholm, Sweden som behandlar mina personuppgifter i syfte för karriärrådgivning, jobbsökande och annan verksamhet i som stödjer min karriärutveckling.

Data som registreras:
• Personuppgifter (t.ex. förnamn och efternamn, födelsedatum)
• Adress
• Kontaktuppgifter (t.ex. telefonnummer, e-postadress)
• Datum och tid (för registrering eller uppdatering)
• IP-adress och registreringsdata (inloggning, lösenord)

Data som frivilligt kan registreras senare:
• Ansökningsdokument (t.ex. CV eller certifikat)
• Karriär (t.ex. information om din tidigare anställning)
• Utbildning (t.ex. Högskola/Universitet/YH)
• Yrkeskrav (t.ex. önskad omfattning av anställningen, önskad lön, uppsägningstid)
• Färdigheter och kvalifikationer (t.ex. kompletterande utbildning, certifikat, språk, intressen)


Uppgifter som kan komma att kompletteras av Talentor:
• Jobbintervjuer, memos och kommentarer om din profil (t.ex. information om varför du vill byta jobb)
• Uppehållstillstånd/Arbetstillstånd
• Epostkommunikation med rekryteringspartnern
• Jobbplatser (som jag ansöker om eller som Talentor föreslår för mig)
• Märka din profil för att göra det lättare att hitta roller som passar dig


Mina personuppgifter kan användas för syftet karriärrådgivning, vilket innefattar följande behandling:
• Lagring av mina personuppgifter i Talentor-kandidatdatabasen i form av en kandidatprofil.
• Hanteringen av min kandidatprofil.
• Godkännande och behandling av mina ansökningar för specifika jobb.
• Lägga till skriftliga sammanfattningar och tillägg under jobbintervjuer.
• Kategorisering och indexering av kandidatprofiler (”profilering”), sökning efter mina personuppgifter i kandidatdatabasen och matchning av dessa uppgifter med arbetsbeskrivningar och krav från potentiella arbetsgivare (Talentors B2B-klienter).
• Kontakta mig när det gäller lämpliga jobberbjudanden via telefon, e-post och andra former av kommunikation (t.ex. sociala nätverk) förutom att boka intervju och vid eventuella frågor.
• Valfri länk av min LinkedIn-profil till min kandidatprofil med Talentor och import av data från min LinkedIn-profil.
• Vidarebefordran av min kandidatprofil eller analyser och rekommendationer härledda till potentiella arbetsgivare (Talentor B2B-klienter).
• Informera mig om status och information gällande mina ansökningar.
• Som grund för intern statistik och intern kontroll (t.ex. antal tillsatta uppdrag).

Vidarebefordran av mina personuppgifter kan begränsas för ovanstående syften med karriärrådgivning och för arbetsplatser eftersom de endast ska vidarebefordras till Talentors B2B-kunder (potentiella arbetsgivare). Jag kommer att hitta detaljerade förklaringar om dessa kategorier av mottagare i Dataskyddsförordningen som jag redan har noterat. Mina personuppgifter skickas endast till andra Talentor-partner (länder), moderföretag och Talentor B2B-klienter (potentiella arbetsgivare) med mitt uttryckliga medgivande, som jag kan bevilja under en intervju, ett telefonsamtal eller i ett e-post. Talentor ska särskilt informera mig innan den vidarebefordrar mina personuppgifter till potentiella arbetsgivare i länder utanför EU.

Jag hittar ytterligare information i Dataskyddsförordningen/sekretesspolicyn. Jag fick möjligheten att fråga Talentor-dataskyddsombud innan jag gav mitt samtycke. Mitt samtycke är frivilligt och beviljas på grundval av informationen i dataskyddsförorningen. Jag är inte skyldig att förklara mitt samtycke.


Återkallande
Jag kan återkalla mitt samtycke med framtida verkan genom att skicka ett e-postmeddelande till dataskyddsombudet i mitt land utan att jag måste ange några skäl för detta. Detta innebär att behandlingen som utförs på grundval av mitt samtycke till dess att återkallandet mottas, är tillåtet.

Talentor kan inte behandla mina uppgifter för karriärrådgivning eller arbetsplatser om jag inte beviljar mitt samtycke eller om jag återkallar mitt tidigare beviljade samtycke så att det inte kan erbjuda mig jobb.

Genom att välja alternativet ”Jag samtycker till behandlingen av mina uppgifter” förklarar jag härmed mitt samtycke till ovanstående syften enligt lagen om dataskydd. En kopia av behandlingen av personuppgifter kommer att skickas till mig som jag har noterat i det sista steget och ovannämnda godkännande i ett e-postmeddelande som ska skickas till den e-postadress som anges av mig.

 

Voluntary Declaration of Consent as a Candidate with Talentor

My express consent to the processing of my personal data by Talentor for the purpose of career advice and personnel placement (Art 6 para. 1 a, Art 9 para. 2 a GDPR)

In my capacity as the candidate or applicant for job positions, I hereby expressly consent to Talentor Sweden, Repslagargatan 15B, 118 46 Stockholm processing my following personal data depending on the place of my residence for the purpose of career advice and job placements.

 Data when registering:

• Personal data (e.g. first name and surname, date of birth)
• Address data
• Contact data (e.g. telephone number, email address)
• Date and time (of the registration or update)
• IP address and registration data (login, password)

• Application documents (e.g. curriculum vitae or certificates)
• Career (e.g. information concerning your previous employment)
• Educational data (e.g. study or school qualification data)
• Vocational requirements (e.g. desired extent of the employment, the desired salary, period of notice)
• Skills & qualifications (e.g. supplementary training, certificates, languages, hobbies)

• Job interviews, memos, and remarks concerning my profile (e.g. information concerning why you wish to change jobs)
• Residence permit (from candidates from non-member states)
• Email communication with the recruiting partner
• Job positions (that I apply for or that Talentor suggest to me)
• Indexing your profile in order to find it easier

• The storage of my personal data in the Talentor candidate database in the form of a candidate profile.
• The management of my candidate profile.
• The acceptance and processing of my applications for specific job positions.
• The adding of memos and supplements during job interviews.
• The categorization and indexing of candidate profiles (“profiling“), the search for my personal data in the candidates database and the matching of this data with job descriptions and requirements of potential employers (Talentor B2B clients).
• Contacting me with regard to suitable job offers by telephone, email and other forms of communication (e.g. social networks) in addition to making interview appointments and in the event of there being any questions.
• The optional linking of my LinkedIn profile with my candidate profile with Talentor and the importing of data from my LinkedIn profile.
• The forwarding of my candidate profile or analyses and recommendations derived from this to potential employers (Talentor B2B clients).
• Informing me of the status and result of applications.
• As a basis for internal statistics and internal controlling (e.g. number of occupied positions).

The forwarding of my personal data can be restricted for the above purposes of career advice and for job placements in that they are only to be forwarded to Talentor B2B clients (potential employers). I shall find detailed explanations concerning these categories of recipients in the Data Protection Declaration, that I have already taken note of. My personal data is only forwarded to other Talentor partners (countries), parent company and Talentor B2B clients (potential employers) with my explicit consent, that I can grant during an interview, a telephone conversation or in an email. Talentor shall especially inform me before it forwards my personal data to potential employers in non-member states (outside the EU).

I will find additional information in the Data Protection Declaration/privacy policy. I was provided with the opportunity of asking the Talentor data protection officer before I granted my consent. My consent is voluntary and is granted on the basis of the information provided in the Dataskyddsförordningen. I am not under any obligation to declare my consent.

Revocation
I can revoke my consent with future effect by sending an email to the data protection officer of my country without me having to state any grounds for this. This means that the processing that is carried out on the basis of my consent until such time as the revocation is received, is permissible.

Talentor is unable to process my data for the purpose of career advice or job placements should I not grant my consent or should I revoke my previously granted consent so that it shall not be able to offer me job positions. 

By selecting the option “I consent to the processing of my data“, I hereby declare my consent to the above purposes pursuant to data protection law. I shall be sent a copy of the Data Protection Declaration that I have taken note of in the last step and the above Declaration of Consent in an email that shall be sent to the email address stated by me.

Should I not indicate my choice below and I have already granted my consent to the use of my personal data in the past, then neither shall the non-indication be understood as being a revocation of the consent that I granted in the past, nor is it to be understood that I am granting this consent.
